Returns and Refunds Policy

Here at Frog Beans our main focus is the happiness and health of your critter!

Returns

If you purchase a product from Frog Beans you have 15 days to submit a return to our team. You may return a product for the following reasons:

  • Broken (during shipping)
  • Received a different product than ordered
  • The product is unopened and you would like to exchange it

Exchanges are only permissable if the product is unopened and was purchased within the 15 day period stated above. When returning a damaged or wrong product Frog Beans will cover the shipping cost. For any exchanges you (the customer) will be responsible for shipping cost both for the return and for the new product.

Refunds

A refund will be issued for the following reasons:

  • A wrong product has been shipped more than once and the product was purchased within 15 days of the original shipment.
  • A product arrived broken more than once and the product was purchased within 15 days of the original shipment.

With any refund there will be a 15% restocking fee. The refund will not be issued until the product is returned to Frog Beans.
